Hi, Gregg,

Of course it’s okay to e-mail me at work. In fact, it’s the best way to get in touch with me. Your e-mail made me blush. X-rated! I can’t imagine anyone less likely to be X-rated than me. In my high school yearbook they said I was the girl most likely to do the right thing. <g> You sure you’ve got the right girl?

I’ve been thinking about the weekend all morning, too. It was wonderful, and I can’t wait to see you again, either, but Thanksgiving is going to be a problem. I can spend Wednesday night with you, but not Thursday. You don’t know how much I wish I could just bring you to the house so you could spend the day with us, but you know that’s impossible. How would I explain who you are? I’d have to lie, and I don’t want to lie any more than is absolutely necessary. As it is, I feel terrible that I lied to my mother when she called me Friday night.

I’m so sorry about Thanksgiving and so disappointed. I imagine you won’t want to come at all if all I can give you is Wednesday night.
